THREE REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Speaker Full Delegate Fee (limited to one per paper)
£495.00 + £99.00 VAT = £594.00
Includes: attendance at all three day conference sessions, all conference paperwork and proceedings, refreshments, lunches, welcome reception (Sunday evening, 23rd June), informal Caribbean buffet (Monday evening 24th June) and the conference Gala Dinner (Tuesday evening 25th June).

Speaker Day Delegate Fee (limited to one per paper)
£180.00 + £36.00 = £216.00
Includes: attendance at one day of the conference, conference paperwork and proceedings, refreshments and lunch (Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner not included but can be purchased separately).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT :To register, complete the Registration Form and send to the Secretariat. Credit card payments can be made on-line at www.shop.intersciencecomms.co.uk . All cheques made payable to Interscience Communications in UK £ and drawn on a UK bank.only . Cheques which do not comply may delay your registration. Payment can be made by bank transfer, account details will be given on the invoice. £10 fee must be added to all non UK bank transfers to defray bank charges. All delegates are required to pay UK VAT.

CANCELLATIONS To cover our administration costs the fee of £45 will be charged for cancellations for conference registration and accommodation made before 20th May 2013 . Cancellations made after 20th May 2013 cannot be refunded but substitutions (confirmed in writing) can be made at any time without charge. Social programme tours are fully refundable if cancelled before 20th May 2013.
