PROGRAMME |
As
usual, the social programme will be tailored to encourage out-of-session
networking and interaction. A full programme of evening functions,
both on and off campus hasl be organised to enable delegates to
experience this culturally rich part of England. |

Afternoon Windsor
Tour, 1.30pm - 5.30pm
(for delegates and guests)
Lazy Sunday Afternoon! -
For those delegates arriving early we have arranged a
relaxing Sunday afternoon tour of nearby Royal Windsor and a cruise
along the River Thames. Delegates will be collected from and returned
to Royal Holloway College.
The tour starts with a scenic 40 minute river cruise with fantastic
views of Windsor, Eton College, Mill House, Windsor Racecourse
and the Brocas Meadows.
After you disembark, enjoy a scrumptious English cream tea at
one of Windsor’s local tearooms and then go on to discover
the history of royal Windsor and its Castle. An introductory 1-hour
walking tour of Windsor old town will include the Coffin House,
Guildhall, the Hanging Tower and secret passages plus views of
the Queens Tower and the Long Walk. (Note: tour of Windsor Castle
is not included – this is 3hr tour on its own)

per person inc. guide, river cruise, cream tea and transfers:

Please
note that this tour will only go ahead if minimum numbers are
met. A full refund will be given if the tour is cancelled.
Welcome
Bar (included
in full delegate fee)
Delegates arriving Sunday night will be hosted to welcome
drinks and buffet in the traditional English pub in the grounds
of the College. For those competitive in nature there might even
be an Interflam Quiz Night!
Registration will be available until 8pm. The bar will be open
for drinks throughout the evening.

Monday

Informal Caribbean Welcome Buffet (Included in the
full delegate fee)
The
Welcome Reception Crribbean Buffet and drinks reception will take
place in the historic quad of the Founders Buildings. This provides
an ideal opportunity for networking and catching up with friends
and colleagues. There will be a buffet, drinks and entertainment.
A ticket to the Reception is included in the Full Delegate Registration
Fee. Tickets for one day delegates and guests are available for
purchase.
Don't forget to bring your tropical shirt!

Tuesday
25th June |
Conference Gala Dinner (included in the full delegate
fee)
The formal Conference Dinner will take place in the ballroom of
the nearby Savill Court Hotel. Weather permitting there will be
reception drinks in the extensive gardens before the formal dinner.
Awards, speeches are the order of the evening before the after dinner
entertainment. Transportation is provided to and from the College.
The College bar will be open late on our return. Tickets for one
day delegates and guests are available to purchase @

ACCOMPANYING
PERSONS |
Windsor
and the surrounding areas have much to offer visitors.
London is less than an hours train ride (Egham Station to London
Waterloo) where visitors can hop on an open tour bus, tube or taxi
to visit Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, St Pauls Catherderal,
Houses of Parliament and other sites of interest.
Windsor is also close to Stonehenge in Wilsthire, Shakespears Birthplace,
Stratford Upon Avon, the quaint villages of the Cotswolds. Full

TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT :To register, complete the Registration
Form and send to the Secretariat. Credit card payments can be made
on-line at www.shop.intersciencecomms.co.uk . All cheques made payable
to Interscience Communications in UK £ and drawn on a UK bank.only
. Cheques which do not comply may delay your registration. Payment
can be made by bank transfer, account details will be given on the
invoice. £10 fee must be added to all non UK bank transfers
to defray bank charges. All delegates are required to pay UK VAT.
CANCELLATIONS
To cover our administration costs the fee of £60 will be charged
for cancellations for conference registration and accommodation
made before 1st May 2013 . Cancellations made after 1st May 2013
cannot be refunded but substitutions (confirmed in writing) can
be made at any time without charge. Social programme tours are fully
refundable if cancelled before 20th May 2013.
