Speakers and Co Authors registering on line and paying by credit card will be issed with a discount code which will need to be entered on check-out to apply the dicounted rate. (Please note only one speaker registration per paper)

Welcome Reception and Buffet Monday Evening   
At the close of the session delegates are invited to network at our reception and dinner buffet (included in the Full delegate fee). The rest of the evening is at leisure to enjoy the nightlife at Fisherman's Wharf and Ghiradelli Square.
Extra tickets can be purchased for guests at US$65(includes drinks and buffet)

Credit Card On-line registration is subject to a 3.25% transaction fee.

All conference fees must be paid before the conference start date and registration will not be complete until payment has been received

Interscience Communications does not accept any liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays. In such circumstances, the normal restrictions apply.

Whilst the organisers make every effort to adhere to the conference programme, it may be necessary for reasons beyond our control, to alter the contents, speakers, timing or venue of the event.

Delegate substitutions (confirmed in writing) can be made at any time without charge. Please email registrations@intersciencecomms.co.uk

Cancellation
To cover our administration costs the following cancellation charges will apply :
Cancellations received before 7th January 2017- $90 ;
Cancellations received after 7th January 2017 cannot be refunded.
