CANCELLATIONS
To cover our administration costs the following cancellation charges will apply :
Cancellations received before 7th January 2017 - $90 ;
Cancellations received after 7th January 2017 cannot be refunded.

Substitutions (confirmed in writing) can be made at any time without charge.

All conference fees must be paid before the conference start date.

Interscience Communications does not accept any liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays. In such circumstances, the normal restrictions apply.

Whilst the organisers make every effort to adhere to the conference programme, it may be necessary for reasons beyond our control, to alter the contents, speakers, timing or venue of the event.
