All delegates staying on campus will be accommodated in the "Interflam Village", Gower and Wedderburn buildings which are grouped around a communal courtyard and all rooms there have double beds (135cm), private showers, wc, basins and internet access. There is a shared kitchen/dining room between 6 on each floor with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. We have arranged an Interflam lounge on the ground floor of Gower where delegates can congregate and enjoy refreshments in a relaxed lounge area.

The "Interflam Village" is a 10 minute stroll through parkland to the Windsor Building where the conference will be held. Breakfast and lunch will be held in the stunning Founders Building which is opposite the conference hall. There is ample car-parking on site for guests and there will be shuttle buggy available for delegates not wishing to walk to the main conference building (conference days only).

The campus has a convenience store and bank. It is a short walk (15mins) to the village of Englefield Green with its pubs and restaurants and approx 20mins to Egham with it shops, banks, restaurants and the mainline railway station. A regular bus service runs from the campus to the railway station.
