Credit card and bank charges are levied to defray transaction costs as many of our fees are cost only. Transactions under £100 = £2.50: £100 - £500 = £12.50: £500 - £1000 = £25.00 All credit card transactions are made in UK £.

Substitutions (confirmed in writing) can be made at any time without charge. Social programme tours are fully refundable if cancelled before 4st June 2010. Unfortunately refunds cannot be given after this date. We regret that the University charges for all rooms pre-booked and we cannot give refunds on any accommodation not used unless informed of the cancellation by 4th June 2010.
