Halls of Residence Accommodation
Fee £47per night inc VAT

Accommodation can be booked on-line or on the main registration form
The university accommodation offers a good standard of single rooms. The accommodation building is a 3-5 minute walk across the campus gardens to the conference centre.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To register complete the Registration Form and fax or mail it to the Secretariat.
Payment should accompany the registration form where possible and a receipted invoice will be sent as confirmation.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments as well as AMEX on manual credit card payments. All cheques should be made payable to Interscience Communications in UK £ and drawn on a UK bank. Cheques which do not comply may delay your registration. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the details below given on the invoice.

Credit card and bank charges are levied to defray transaction costs as many of our fees are cost only.
. Transactions under £100 = £2.50: £100-£500 = £12.50: £500-£1000 = £25.00
All credit card transactions are made in UK £


Any registrations received after 31st December 2009 VAT will be charged at 17.5%.

CANCELLATIONS
To cover our administration costs the following cancellation charges will apply : Cancellations received before 4th June 2010 £45. Cancellations after 4th June 2010 cannot be refunded.

Substitutions (confirmed in writing) can be made at any time without charge.

Social programme tours are fully refundable if cancelled before 4thJune 2010. Unfortunately refunds cannot be given after this date.
A minimum of 12 persons are required for the tours to proceed. If these modest numbers are not met then the tours will unfortunately have to be cancelled (fully refundable). Prices include all admissions to historic sites, a private tour guide and transportation. Refreshments and lunch are not included.

We regret that the University charges for all rooms pre-booked and we cannot give refunds on any accommodation not used unless informed of the cancellation by 4th June 2010.
