EXHIBITION
The
Interflam 2010 exhibition will run alongside
the three day conference on the 5th—7th
July 2010. Exhibition Space will extend throughout
the large circulation and foyer areas of the
Conference Centre where delegates will also
be served refreshments – thus maximising
exhibitors exposure. Space is available to
all companies registering at least one FULL
delegate to the conference.
As
an added value we are offering exhibitors
the new opportunity to have a page on our
Interflam website. The page will include your
organisation logo, approx 300 words of text,
contact details and weblink to your site.
We can also add a downloadable pdf of your
brochure to the site (max 2mb).
The price of exhibition space is £760
+ VAT in addition to registering
a full delegate place (£675 + VAT).
• This display area is approx 1m deep
x 2m long with a maximum height of 2m
• Normally exhibition boards and literature
are placed on the table top. The table is
provided but exhibitors can bring their own
display stand so long as it is contained within
the overall display area.
• All exhibitors will be acknowledge
in the Conference CD ROM
• All exhibitors will have their own
page on the Interflam website with downloadable
pdf.
Electrical hook-up can be provided for items
such as lights or computer terminals. |
