Terms and Conditions: CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT : .We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments as well as AMEX on manual credit card payments. All cheques should be made payable to Interscience Communications in UK £ and drawn on a UK bank. Cheques which do not comply may delay your registration. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the details below given on the invoice.

Credit card and bank charges are levied to defray transaction costs as many of our fees are cost only. . Transactions under £100 = £2.50: under £500 = £12.50: under £1000 = £25.00
All credit card transactions are made in UK £

CANCELLATIONS
To cover our administration costs the following cancellation charges will apply :Cancellations received before 4TH June 2010 £45 ; cancellations after 4th June 2010 cannot be refunded. Substitutions (confirmed in writing) can be made at any time without charge. Social programme tours are fully refundable if cancelled before 4st June 2010. Unfortunately refunds cannot be given after this date. We regret that the University charges for all rooms pre-booked and we cannot give refunds on any accommodation not used unless informed of the cancellation by 4th June 2010.
