Accompanying persons must register for a fee of £20+ VAT . Tickets for the Welcome Reception, Nottingham Night, conference dinner and the Sunday Pre-Conference Tours can be booked on the main Interflam Registration Form.

Terms and Conditions: CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT : After 31st December 2009 VAT will be charged at 17.5% VAT.
Payment can be made by Visa and MasterCard credit card. UK£ only. All cheques made payable to Interscience Communications in UK £ and drawn on a UK bank only. Cheques which do not comply may delay your registration. Payment can be made by bank transfer details of which will appear on the invoice.

Accompanying persons must register for the fee of £20 . Tickets for the Welcome Reception, Nottingham Night and Conference Dinner are not included but can be booked on the main delegate registration form. (Please note that it is not advised that children under the age of 16 attend the Gala Dinne or Nottingham Night).

CANCELLATIONS .Substitutions (confirmed in writing) can be made at any time without charge. Social programme tours are fully refundable if cancelled before 4th June 2010. Unfortunately refunds cannot be given after this date.
A minimum of 12 persons are required for the tours to proceed. If these modest numbers are not met then the tours will unfortunately have to be cancelled. (fully refundable) Prices include all admissions to historic sites, a private tour guide and transportation. (Refreshments and lunch not included unless stated).
